Althought the Destiny is no longer seen in the term of American Expansion in the Western Hemisphere the philosophy has mutated to America's destiny as being the defends of freedom and justice. Retaliation is not just for the tragedy of September 11, but for the war against evil with God once again choosing the Untied States to achieve his mission.
